    Product Description

    This door back insulation fits the Rayburn 200 Series (Royal), 300 Series (Nouvelle all fuels) and the Supreme. Insulation is 350mm x 290mm x 30mm thick and can easily be trimmed with sharp scissors if required.

    The original slag wool insulation deteriorates with time and becomes less effective. This new ceramic blanket is heat proof to 1250oC and is a much better insulation than the old material.
     
    It is fitted in place by simply unscrewing the 4 x 1/4 inch bolts and removing the old insulation. You then slightly increase the thermodial cut out (easy by hand) and push the new insulation into place. Finally refit the door back and screw up. Job done!
