    The gas head assembly is where the gas and air are mixed for combustion. The assembly comes with both the ignition electrode & ionisation probe. This assembly can be used on both the inward (IWF) and upward firing (UWF) Ecoflam gas burners. Alpha cooker spares recommend that all gas components be fitted by an appropriately registered GAS SAFE engineer.
