This thermostat controls the temperature of the top oven in your alpha cooker. This is a universal stat for all models of alpha cooker.

Range on the knob is 50oC to 300oC.

There are 2 adjustments you can do to "tune" this stat - there is an adjustment screw INSIDE the hollow shaft and another on the REAR between the live terminals. 

Please note this has 3 wire (2 plus earth) terminals on it and not 4. See additional photos below. Please  consult your heating engineer BEFORE buying to confirm its suitable.
